115 Baseline - Here is the kitchen when we started. This kitchen was part of a 2 phase complete house makeover and conversion of the 2 car garage into a master suite with additional bathroom. Here is the other side of the kitchen before we started the renovation 115 Baseline - here is what the Bathroom #2 looked like when we started the project. The prior owner had started a remodel but had done everything incorrectly so we had to start over. We did manage to reuse the linen cabinet and we rebuilt the vanity into 2 units, part for this bathroom and part for the hall bathroom 115 Baseline - this was the toilet area of bathroom #2, leaking pipes and all.
115 Baseline - Here is the hall bath of the same house before we remodeled it. 115 Baseline - Here is the front of the house after all updates were done. Only item left is to paint the custom cedar shutters black. 115 Baseline - Here is the new bathroom #2. We converted this bathroom into an ADA compliant bath to accomodate the needs of the owners handicapped sister. The sliding barn door allows here to access the bathroom while in her wheel chair. 115 Baseline - Here is a clearer picture of the new bathroom #2. In this picture, you can see how we cut down the old vanity to allow for a large shower. We also installed handicap bars around the toilet area and shower for better access.

Accent tile around the window and as a band complete the custom tile work. 115 Baseline - Here is a better look at the cut down vanity of bathroom #2, new granite counters with undermount sink, new light fixture, new faucet and hardware. 115 Baseline -Here is the hall bath after we converted the tub area to a shower. We also built the custom cabinet over the toilet and the vanity was recycled from the section of vanity removed from the other bathroom.
115 Baseline - Here is another look at the repurposed half of the old master bath vanity. 115 Baseline - New paint and drywall repair throughout the house including repairing and installing new lighting and most electrical. 115 Baseline - We installed strip vinyl in bedrooms 2 (pictured here) and bedroom 3 115 Baseline - Bedroom #3 vinyl strip flooring.
115 Baseline - Here we opened up the entry to the breakfast area/kitchen 115 Baseline - Here we replaced the old sliding patio door with new french doors. Also, we installed a doggie door through the wall (left side of picture). 115 Baseline - Here is the left side view of the kitchen after remodel. Several cabinets had to be rebuilt, electrical had to be fixed and new above slab plumbing had to be installed, all done by Oak Point Wood Works. 115 Baseline - Here is the reight side of the kitchen with new windows in the house, modified cabinets for farmers sink and some new glass doors, new paint, counters, backsplash and appliances.
115 Baseline - Here is what we started with to build a master suite. We converted the 2 car garage into a master suite with 4 piece bathroom and a large walk in closet. Also part of this build out, we converted a portion of the former laundry room into a walk in pantry and created a new laundry room. 115 Baseline - Here is a look at what will become the walk in closet of the master suite. 115 Baseline - Here is a look at the area that will become part of the new laundry area. Existing laundry was on the other side of the wall to the right. 115 Baseline - This will become the northeast corner of the master bedroom. New double french door will be installed just out of frame to the right of this picture.
115 Baseline - Here is the final design of the new master suite. Door into area enters from what is now the breakfast area of the kitchen. 3 foot hallway gives access to the master suite and new laundry from the breakfast nook wall. Door into the bathroom is a sliding barn door. Door into master walk in closet swings into the closet. 115 Baseline - Here is the new stand alone tub of the finished master suite, looking from the doorway of the walk in closet. Tub and shower are elevated slightly to allow use of a maserator pump system that allowed us to create a bathroom without having to disturb the foundation of the house. 115 Baseline - Master suite double vanity and walk in shower (shower before it had the shower door and wall glass installed). 115 Baseline - Here is the finished master shower, minus the shower door and glass wall.
