Window in Brick (Before and After)

Here is the outside of the master bathroom before we started. Here is what the inside of the wall looked like before we installed the new window. In addition to installing the new window through the brick, we also eliminated the soffit above this vanity and the vanity on the other side of the bathroom. Here is what the same wall looked like after we installed the new window, removed the soffit and relocated the can lights, and textured the walls where the wall paper was before. Now the homeowner can see the great view of the back yard. Here is the window we installed by cutting through the brick. The cedar trim and window sill matches the trim detail of the sliding glass door, which is just to the left of this window. The customer will paint the wood to match the gray trim on the rest of the house.
Here is the other vanity in the master. Here, we raised the soffit over the sink, relocated the can lights, and then textured the ceiling and walls.
