Here are some examples of outside railings built by Oak Point Wood Works.
1 Upper balcony railing designed, built and installed to meet the local code requirements. Note that this home also has Oak Point Wood Works shutters, gable lookout brackets and corner post brackets.
2 Here is an example of Cypress railing. Top rail was machined by Oak Point Wood Works to look like interior railing.
3 Decorative porch railing designed with an "X" pattern.
4 This railing shows alternating diamond cutout pattern, just to change things up a little.
5 Here is an example of railing detail above the entry of the house. All the cedar pictured here was installed by Oak Point Wood Works at the same time we installed the railing and posts.
6 Here is an example of wood railing wrapped around existing steel posts. Builder changed his mind after the steel posts were set and asked if we could install wood instead of steel. The result is we installed the wood over steel and the builder was able to close the home on the scheduled closing date. Also pictured here is post, beam and corbel work by Oak Point Wood Works.
